The Grignon Center brings together nearly half its staff (technical units) on the campus of AgroParis Tech.

With adequate testing facilities

• Plant pathology lab
• Molecular biology lab
• Insect pest lab
• 600 m2 of greenhouses
• a 4 hectare testing station

Within the scope of CETIOM's quality approach, these facilities are implementing Good Testing Practices ("BPE").

A sophisticated scientific environment

Located on the same site as a large number of INRA teams, on the INA-PG campus, the Grignon Center takes advantage of a scientific environment consisting of 170 teachers and researchers and 300 students. This has many advantages:

• Heightening the awareness of students and researchers to issues raised by oilseed farmers
• Strengthening synergies with our INRA and INA-PG partners
• Implementing joint research projects and sharing resources
• Improving the scientific quality of CETIOM's methods

• agricultural economics
• data analysis
• assessing inputs

These specialists suggest research projects, draft protocols, analyze, validate and publish the data.

In cooperation with testing stations and regional partners, they seek to improve many aspects of production:

• crops diagnostics
• development and assessment of new production methods
• design and development of sustainable production systems
• adapting systems and behavior to varied and changing contexts
• assessing risk tied to innovations
